i'm in Portsmouth area along with a few people i know and we have had it with Ntl aswell... It worked perfectly alright all this morning then all of a sudden comes this afternoon it went cock up and even got completely cut off at one point and took an hour to get back on. They say bout this grand package at 30 quid a month for all 3 services.... gotta get the fecking services working first!! derrrrrrr Ntl
... the service u pay for but never get cause the Technical advisors r usually people who are in a another country n not in the uk... dont ahve a clue wat they r doing and only thing they have to go on by is a screen in front of them which they read wen answering ur calls...Goooood one!!!!!!!!!
