This must be at least the 15th time in the past few months that I am unable to access certain essential sites? What are they doing and why am I paying £25 a month for it? I fail to understand why they can't be anywhere near as reliable as their competitors. I see people saying there are ways to get around it but I can't get them to work. We get nothing achieved by ringing the technical help that now they have the cheek to charge for and I am now looking for other cable providors of cable broadband with a view to cancelling in the next few days (I'm in the Lower Earley, Reading area if anyone can advise better providors that i can use?) I needed to get this off my chest and feel (very slightly) better now. NTL, pull your finger out before you lose even more customers.
There is only one Cable provider sadly, ntl:telewest
