I wonder with all this down time (which when you look at how many people are suffering and work out the cost it must amount to a lot) will we all get a rebate on our bill

I feel pretty confident in saying that if you were a few days late paying your bill they would be round you like fly's round s**t.
It really does make you start to look at other options for your internet connection.
