Does this go for store cards too? Argos have charged me ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£17.50 TWICE now, and it's not that i didn't pay my bill, i was just a few pence short and they refuse to refund it, and believe me i tried every trick in the book.
