I have a serious question - I mean honestly, I do. If anyone here at anytime could have clicked on the upgrade to 10meg option on NTL's site. Why does a roll out of less than half that speed need to be done region by region?

I am not being sarcastic - it's a genuine question. There must be a reason, but I can't fathom it.
