I had a fair few problems lately, with my connection dropping, going really slow etc, then the modem rebooted and things seemed to be working perfect.

Maximum Downstream Data Rate : 4096000
Maximum Upstream Data Rate : 400000

1st 512K took 1282 ms = 374.4 KB/sec, approx 3849 Kbps, 3.81 Mbps
2nd 512K took 1374 ms = 355.7 KB/sec, approx 3777 Kbps, 3.74 Mbps
3rd 512K took 1218 ms = 373.8 KB/sec, approx 3844 Kbps, 3.8 Mbps
4th 512K took 1338 ms = 359 KB/sec, approx 3805 Kbps, 3.76 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 3752 Kbps, 3.78 Mbps
