i asked this just the other day I simply wanted it to be done properly, the engineer i had before was a bit of a lazy mofo and told me to get a wireless router to save the hasstle of running a cable.

So now they sent me to complaints dept. and a manager is reviewing my case ....

TBH if i knew i could just pay ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£25 sodding quid I would have signed the dotted line there and then...
