I bought a Safecom AP/Router (802.11g) and the instruction leaflet claims '...use this router with NTL, Telewest and Blueyonder...' The person installing the wirless system could not get the router 'talking to' the modem (Motorola from Telewest). My question is: has anyone used this particular model? If so, any problems? Or would I be better advised to go for e.g. Linksys WRT54G or ... any other suggestions? I should add that a similar Safecom model worked previously for a short while, then it suddenly stopped after only 2 weeks and could not be reactivated. I think it is a hardware problem. Unfortunately I was not involved in the setting up but could get precise information if required.
