As I see it, it contributes nothing to this thread. Other than rub peoples noses in the fact that obviously your broadband works fine. Well, well done - go and give yourself a pat of the back. Or assume the lotus position, or whatever it is you do when you make those noises.

Do you not think that people are at the end of their tether when they come and post here? I know for me I try and get sense out of NTL whenever I can. Posting here is a last resort that maybe someone has an answer, knows how to word something better to maybe get an engineer. Whatever it is they are seeking, this is a place to vent or to get advice. People who have everything working just fine and so like to make light of other peoples problems ain't funny. It's arrogant.

I suggest that if you lower the aggression in your posts you might find help to be more forthcoming. If you object to the way someone has posted then feel free to use the 'report this post' feature as has already been done on you.
