It was fruitless to stay with 10meg when I could pay for 4meg and basically get the same speed I was getting on the 10meg package. That's why when I saw they had changed the 2meg package to 4meg I called them - and hence why I am ****ed off that for the next (maybe month) I am stuck with a 2meg line. I didn't want it and ddn't ask for it.
But again, I mentioned this right at the beginning when people were getting arsey and accusing me of expecting immediate upgrades. When it wasn't, and never has been, what I was talking about.
