Billing systems may have been upgraded in readiness for the rollout but the config files look like they aint gone yet. Taking that most work happens on early hours of Tuesday and Thursday, you won't get it today

If you goto your account section then click on the service and usage upgrade link it does say by the end of june chill out watch the world cup it will happen when it happens.
