Welome to the forum, as you can see a lot of unhappy people whinging about not being on 4 meg, which ntl promised they would be on before end of june, 27 days left to go, 27 days of people whinging, just think how long this thread will be at the end of june.
To check the config file type 192.168.100.1 in your address bar. Logon Username is root, Password is root.Click on operation configuration link on left hand side, look for
Maximum Downstream Data Rate : 2048000Maximum Upstream Data Rate : 200000Maximum Upstream Channel Burst : 1600
If as above you re still on 2 mb.
If downstream data reads 1024000 you are on 1 mb
If downstream data reads 4096000 you are on 4 mb and so on.....
