Cheap as possible i suppose as it is only for the home (students) as i have 5 connections or so. Saying that, the software you've listed seems to offer traffic shapping which could work along with port limiting - but i heard that certain torrent programs have encryption on packets which stop traffic shapping working?
ill try it out and see how i get on, but like you say most of the solutions that are out there are for businesses etc
