Seems I jumped the gun as well
despite them saying they had changed me down to the 4 meg service, it is actually 2 meg I am getting at the moment. Ugh, wish they would have warned me it hadn't changed in my area yet, as I would have stuck out 10 meg a little longer. ah well.
