Don't think it is anything to do with the sped test being flooded. I just went to download a bunch of e-mails and gave up due to the time it was taking. I can send ok but here is my result from the Nottingham area and I also am on the 10Meg connection.

1st 512K took 27547 ms = 18.6 KB/sec, approx 153 Kbps, 0.15 Mbps
2nd 512K took 27953 ms = 18.3 KB/sec, approx 151 Kbps, 0.15 Mbps
3rd 512K took 27297 ms = 18.8 KB/sec, approx 155 Kbps, 0.15 Mbps
4th 512K took 20485 ms = 25 KB/sec, approx 206 Kbps, 0.2 Mbps
Overall Average Speed = approx 166 Kbps, 0.16 Mbps
