Ok, something i've noticed is sites to do with P2P are not working such as:

www.morpheus.com
www.limewire.com
www.bearshare.com
www.kazaa.com
www.grokster.com

I don't use any of those programs except Morpheus, it's also odd that Morpheus itself is working but the site isn't.

Could it be ntl blocking me from going to these sites or just something else?
