well it's good news that we are getting upgraded for free but once again NTL just can't seem to handle this properly

some communication on where this will be happening in each region would be nice plus details on whether we have to reboot our STB or cable modem

it's great that they are rolling this out but it's still done in a slap dash fashion and we have to check ourselves to see if we are upgraded rather then them telling us which isn't right.. what about all the people who don't even know about this forum and other sites like this
