Well it has now been over a month since talk talk launched broadband and free uk and international calls for under ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£21 and today orange anounce they are to enter the market and yet still ntl have failed to match the talk talk offer for all of there customers.

WHY ?
