Well on the 750k to 2mb upgrade i remember i woke up in the morning of the first upgrades starting and looked on here hoping to find a way to upgrade without having to wait the whole month.
Everyone on here was saying if you use the upgrade service
http://www.ntlworld.com/toolsservice...entUpgrade.php and type in ur details and then click next it gives u the option to go to 2mb from 750k. I did that and got 2mb instantly on the day the upgrades were first given out and did not have to endure the long wait for it to roll out in my area... Hence why im hoping tommorow morning when i wake up i will be able to do the same
. Maybe im just too hopeful :P
Anyone who was on ntl at that time will back me up that you could upgrade manually. I dunno if it was the same for the 3mb to 10mb upgrade as i didnt pay much attention to it as it wasnt my package but if it was, im sure it will be the same for this one.
