stream is fine from here, why you would want to listen to it is a different question, but hey ho different people have different tastes...
The traceroute results are probably not relevant to this- the server is likely to be just ignoring icmp traffic, as i can listen to the stream, but a trace route and ping tests time out.
which program are you trying to use to listen to the stream? I'm using itunes, and the following file loads fine and streams with no problems
