If they can't manage a stable 2mb on a 2mb package teh 4mb is going to be like BT's ADSLmax all over the place but never hitting the mark
Might even make BT's option a better option.
Like I said I drop every evening and at weekends so its traffic on the UBRs not my PC as tech support in India say. There is no use paying all that money to be told its my end when its clearly NTLs.
Now its half term in Manchester lets see what happens during the day.
