The pic of cab5 looks suspiciously like the one I'm connected to (M49308).
I went with the service tech to have a look at the cab when my phone went off. The tech couldn't get a dial tone at the house, so went to the cab & lo and behold an installer had pulled the DSide out & connected someone else to it!

The amount of splitters also explains the constant freezing pix I get as well, most of them weren't even tight!
