Well folks (Especially Druchii) - Hello again!!
Now your never gonna guess - NTL failed to call me back - so Im left here with a Sh**ty BB connection that disconnects every few minute!! And its getting a bit old now!! Im becoming wary of NTL and seriously contemplating leaving completely - so that would be my £90 odd a month going to some other deserving tv/telephone/broadband provider(s).
Think Im gonna sit down and write myself a letter (isnt that a song)
Cos - you cant complain by email!! You have to phone them!! Whats that all about??!!
Anyhow, may give them another chance - phone them again after Tuesday (see the Service Status Page) as Engineer visits cannot be arranged before this time!! Dont think Id be askin for a call back though! Do you??
