It's great that you are happy with a substandard service and I'm sure that NTL are happy that you never have any reason to complain. I pay £35 a month for a service that I can replicate on dial-up, but I'm under contract so I'm obviously a complete fk wit and NTL can't give a sh i t cause they have my cash.
