For sure, costs for things like this come out of the ntlworld content budget which if of course competely separate from any budget allocated to network spending. However, it is quite frustrating when you see money being spent on things like this but read of network problems day after day in the broadband forum. And yes, I'm sure ntl will get commission for signups coming from ntlworld.com
