NTL have once again debited my account for ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£67.76 which they are not entitled to take. Yet again no bill . Payments debt say it will be credited back to my account with them next month. Well this isn't good enough. I have been to my bank and filed an indemnity claim for the whole amount plus cancelled both DD they set up. Right now I'm on the phone to their cancellation dept..................................
