Retentions won't touch you with a bargepole mate for the simple reason being that its dealth with as a disconnection due to house move (nothing to do with retentions but instead dealt with by CS) - if you ring retentions you'll end up being thrown through to customer services, if you ring M+T they'll hand you over to CS as well as they're mainly a back office team. If you want me to put the cancellation through for you I can do, but be advised that the account will disconnect either after 30 days or at the end of your 9 month contract, whichever is the latter.
