Just another update following the engineer's visit this afternoon (monday).
Arrived home from work at 7pm, guess what!! no connection, again rang ts and informed once again that my modem was dead
, engineer again arranged for wednesday this time, new modem so i am told!!.
Must be my lucky day, the modem is now working again, how long for he asks!!
