Had major problems with this, modem was replaced for a NTL 250 and not had one problem since!
Anyone with a 120 and this issue demand a 250, whether or not you get it is a different story!

Hmm so perhaps a 250 doesnt solve everyones problems, did with mine tho and my 10Meg.
