Why did you think you were going to be able to take advantage of a Sky service when you are paying NTL for your TV/ BB? Sky and NTL are seperate companies that are fighting for the same market, each company will do things to keep customers and will try to being out services that the other cannot offer.
NTLs' lack of interactive content in comparrison to Sky is mostly down to its' financial situation and the head start Sky had over them.
