I think, if you're right Mark, it'll be a good product but will those with a working Sky+ system really want to go back to Ntl (which is a big no no for some in itself) for a product that really only has one additional feature they can't get with Sky+??
If people are happy with a product they generally stick with it, Ntl are way too late in my book.
