BTW the same upstream issues affecting you could be down to a component which feeds several hundred homes, could call that your local area actually and noise on it will affect everyone on the fibre node.

Still it must be cache 2, Gizzy says so and who's a peon like me having worked with cable for 3 years and IP networks professionally for over 5 to argue?
