My point is around inappropriate adverts more then the Xmen really. However it's just not appropriate to show this however tame you feel it may be to children who are never going to see it. It's just capitalising on the probability of parents watching it alongside them.
Your 10 year old would probably not be watching this channel unless she happens to like programs aimed at 4 year olds.
