I think your stretching your arguement a bit far there. A lot of kids like X-men younger children too I feel you have a point on toddler tv but thats as far as it stretches.If it was something sexy or something ment to be a horror then yeah its very wrong. but a child scared af a man with a blue face (who happens to be frasier btw) have they never seen the Tellytubbies or Tweenies???
