How long was it until it was about to expire? Mine expires 6th August, so it's quite a while yet, I guess that's why he didn't want to do anything. He was fair enough and told me to ring back again closer to the date and whoever answers will be able to offer you something.

His reasoning for not being able to extend the offer was because he said if he put the same offer on again, it would give me double discount. Didn't make much sense to me as I thought he could just cancel the current discounts and reset them up, adding the months up to the date they currently expire. I accepted what he told me and agreed to ring again another time.

I also asked if instead of other offers he was throwing at me, including TU24 for free for 3 months, could I have upgraded broadband speed instead. He told me he would have to up the price aswell as the speed.
The guy you spoke to said he could give you 10mb for ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£10 you said in a previous post due to being a customer a long time, I've had all 3 packages with them since 1997, and still they seemed to only offer me "3 month trials".
