Hi Gizzy,

I'm just the other side of the A6 from you and I've noticed problems since about last Friday.

I've noticed my game pings go up a bit and connection quality go down a bit with up to 10% packet loss at times. There are a couple of servers that I administer via VNC remote control and this is painful too. Also I have been trying to get a file off of one of the servers via FTP since Sunday without joy

I'll try your proxy suggestions and we'll just have to hope they fix it I suppose. I too have logged a call and they said they will refer it up to the next level of support.
