Thanks for checking, now I'm totally confused. If I change the proxy to lutn-cache-2.server.ntli.net I get this:

And if I use lutn-cache-1.server.ntli.net I get this:

Totally confused and frustrated. The two ways I relax, Legend of Mir and Battlefield 2 are unplayable ... one reason I changed to 10Mb NTL ... ah well maybe time for another change.
