1st she said i would be upgraded automaticaly in a month or so to 10mbit.. when i rang again to double check she did it all they told me i could have 10mbit now.. need to double check if they can do any thing about the international calling .. would save the hassel of using voip ..

I was offered free international and local calls when phoning CS, yes CS - just to cancel Disney Cinemagic, he apparantly gave me it due to me being with NTL since 1997.
This however was only for 1 month, only reason I haven't phoned retentions yet is I'm quite happy with my free sky sports and 1mb broadband @ 9.99 which I got quite a while ago. Once that runs out though, I'll be on the phone to retentions.
