As far as being upgraded to 4Mbps goes, as long as I get at least 2Mbps, Im not going to complain too much. After all, we originally paid the same £24.99 for 512K, then 600K then 750K, then they leaped to 2Mbps. 2Mbps is fast enough for the average user. 4Mbps is just a bonus
