So when you read on here that the people complaining are "just a small untypical bunch of whingers", it seems there were more than 1 or 2 besides just a little unhappy.
"NTL's lack lustre customer service" thats not fair, its just lacking.
And i mean that only in tech support terms, never really had that many CS problems except in that area.
