Considering you've already complained about the channel package you have I can't see it happening can you?

If there were a spare 64MHz of downstream bandwidth I'd bet it'd be getting used for other things. Such as digital TV.

Last I knew ntl's TV people still had more of a say in where the spectrum went than internet. Internet pays the bills but TV can get punters in.
