Is retentions staying on freephone after the change to premium rate support? That would be brilliant, if its 10p/min for support but freephone to cancel your account
By the way, I got half price despite being within my initial contract. I don't know why, but i did. I was with NTL before i moved house, perhaps this makes a difference.
