So using this as a line of reasoning to get onto a better NTL deal seems a no go. Damn NTL. you're a long standing customer (5 years here) and they just continue to screw you over. Any suggestions ? Maybe I really should cancel. Trouble is if I cancel will they give me a grace period to get Sky+ BT installed before they cut me off ? i.e. if I call and cancell tomorrow, will they cut off my TV immediately ? or do I have to schedule Sky and BT install then call on that day to cancell ? I would end up paying for another month right ? i.e. for a month I would have to pay both BT sky and NTL
Try again, just get a different person and either be more assertive, or, simply be cheeky and ask for any deals they can do you.
