When i rang retentions and they offered me the package i asked how long it was for and they said it was for as long as i had NTL. It does state on my bill 3months but on my account it says the re-add the discounts every 3 months. I was told this by retentions and i also phone CS and asked what was on my account this they also confirmed that the discounts would be add every 3 months.
