Sorry about that its just that when ive tryed to ask a customer service guys at ntl they know less than i did which i thought was ridculous as they are meant to know what they are talking about being a "helpline" anyway ive searched in vain on the internet for a resolution to my problem and this is now my last resort . I guy i work with says he had the same problem when he had cable modem internet access.anyway sorry zeph
