Sorry to say this but i'm not a novice with a computer and as such would like to point out that the "little arrow" does not appear when i start up with a internet connection.
What i think it seems to be doing is, my comp see's i have a internet connection and try's to give access to all the startup progs that either want up dates or logins to happen all at once and as such stopping it from loading up the icon sucessfully.
