Sounds like you did a good job when talking to retentions, how is your 10 meg shaping up at the moment?

I had to call NTL back today to remind them they were supposed to have upgraded me from 1 to 2 meg after giving me my offer, and now i'm getting speeds of ooooooh at least 0.98meg
