My mistake - Robin's page does say not all modems have all the screens
- mine doesn't have the log either.
However, judging by
this sticky on power levels, Downstream Recieve looks lowish and the SNR is slightly below the recommended (see the edit at end of Ignition's post).
Anyone more familiar with power levels care to comment?
It might be worth checking the levels again when you next have the issue.
