You can get plusnet for £14.99 a month and thats "upto" 8mb depending on distance from exchange etc.... there caps are kinda weird... i.e. you can only down Xgb between 8am and 4pm, and Xgb between 4pm and midnight, bubt there usage between midnight and 8am is unmetered.
