Just for info you can activate and deactivate as follows. Although if you have voicemail active as I have you won't get this texting service.

I'm on payg.

# To deactivate the service, call #148# followed by the 'send' key.
# To reactivate the service, call *148# followed by the 'send' key.
# To check your Call Catcher staus, call *#148# followed by the 'send' key.
